MALIBU PLASTICA (P) LTD. has acquired a unit which was pioneer in manufacture of Polycarbonate Sheets in India since 1987 with State-of –the-art plant from M/s. Omipa spa, Italy and emerges over the period as a self-reliant in integrating sheet/profile production and value added articles using Polycarbonate and other plastics materials.

 

Today, MALIBU PLASTICA (P) LTD. is an ISO 9001:2008 certified company engaged in manufacturing of extruded / co-extruded compact solid sheets; embossed sheets; pipes – profiles and thermoformed articles made out of Polycarbonate, Acrylic and other engineering thermoplastics as per customer requirements.

 

As of date the the installed capacity of the unit is 800 MT of extruded sheets and major infrastructure include Sheet Extruder, Profile extruder, Vacuum Forming Machine, Hot Air Ovens for Drape forming & Drying and Fabrication shop for article manufacture and assembly.
